How Did Jesus Deal With SIN?

John 8:2

"Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

The adulterous woman is a great example of how Jesus dealt with sin during His earthly ministry, the woman was clearly in the wrong, caught in the very act of committing adultery! So how did God in the flesh handle this situation? The Scribes and Pharisees were ready to stone her to death without a problem or hesitation, but they asked Jesus "what do you say"?

Jesus stooped down to write on the ground with His finger, why did Jesus do that? My own opinion is that Jesus was praying to the Father in Heaven and did that to buy a little time while He waited on the word from the throne. They continued to ask Him, but Jesus was at peace and when He received the answer of God from above, He raised Himself up and spoke. "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first", wisdom from the Most High that could not be opposed or contradicted!

No man was left to condemn her and Jesus didn't condemn her either, He loved her and forgave her, BUT He commanded her to "go and sin no more"! Jesus was letting her know that adultery is wrong, it's sin, and she shouldn't do it anymore. I wonder if she listened to Jesus? No other word is written about the woman in scripture.

Another example is when Jesus healed the man who was sick and unable to walk for thirty eight years.

John 5:1-15

"After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”

The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.” He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’” Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well."

We see again the compassion and love of Jesus for those who are sick and hurting. Jesus knew the man had been ill for a very long time and asked him if he wanted to be made well. Not knowing who Jesus was, the man proceeded to tell Him that he had no one to put him in the pool. Jesus commanded him to rise up and walk! Immediately the man was made well! That's the power and love of God for the broken and oppressed!

Notice that Jesus did not even address the spiritual condition of the man at that time, but later when Jesus found the man in the temple He said to him, "See, you have been made well. SIN NO MORE, lest a worse thing come upon you!

So we learn here that sin can cause many physical ailments of the body as well as the soul! But Jesus can deal with it all! Glory to God for sending us The Chain Breaker, The Redeemer, The Forgiver of our sins and The Healer of all our diseases!

And Jesus Wept!

Luke 19:41

"Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it,"

Matthew 23:37-39

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’

Why did Jesus lament and weep over Jerusalem?

Jesus wanted so much to take the children of Israel under His wings and love them, nurture them, help them, and bring them into the New Covenant, but they were not willing!

Their hard hearts, traditions, and pride kept them from humbling themselves to receive the gift that God was offering them!

The same was true in Jerusalem six hundred years before Christ!

Jeremiah 6:16-19

"Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But they said, ‘We will not listen.’ Therefore hear, you nations, And know, O congregation, what is among them. Hear, O earth! Behold, I will certainly bring calamity on this people—The fruit of their thoughts, Because they have not heeded My words Nor My law, but rejected it."

The same is true today! Paul prophesied about these last days we live in!

2nd Timothy 4:1-4

"I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables."

Jesus Is Victorius! Judah Smith Sermon Jam

Matthew 28:5-7

"But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”

Trump In The White House? (SEE UPDATES!)

The American people have spoken! They have elected Donald Trump as the next President of the United States Of America. Doesn't seem right does it?

Will President-elect Trump be sworn in at twelve noon on January 20th, 2017?

It's possible he may not!

Here is a compilation of what the Lord has said and shown me and my wife over the years.

3/8/2011

This morning after fasting and praying all day yesterday the Spirit woke me up sometime in the early morning, I usually get up to go to work at five am and this was before that. I lay there for a few seconds and then I said, "Here I am Lord, your servant and son is listening", then about thirty seconds later I heard, "Hydrogen Bomb" Then I asked the Lord, "is there anything else you want to tell the people Lord?", Then I heard "December 10th at 11:30"

4/18/2011

I posted these words I received from the Lord on March 8th, and Sunday morning while my wife and I were praying for more details and understanding about this event. I specifically asked the Lord if this event would happen in New York City and right after I asked Him, the Lord said to my wife, "Red Cross", then she saw a vision of the Statue Of Liberty, and a building exploding from the bottom up.

Today Cynthia was praying for more confirmation from the Lord about this and again she was shown a vision of the Statue Of Liberty.

1/8/2013

I heard one word from the Lord this morning, He said: "1968"

4/12/2013

The Lord said to me this morning, "The Beast Will Be Unleashed"

4/18/2013

I heard this word from the Lord during my prayer time on Tuesday, "A Short Time From Now"

7/10/2014

The Lord spoke and said to me: "It Will Be As It Was In The First Century"

1/1/2016

Before my wife Cynthia woke up one morning about a week ago she heard: "Abraham Lincoln"

That same night I (Tyrone) dreamed of a president being shot in the oval office.

9/26/2016

Also last week I heard the name "Medgar Evers"  I didn't know much about him so I just checked Wikipedia, here is a short excerpt.

Evers was assassinated by Byron De La Beckwith, a member of the White Citizens' Council, a group formed in 1954 to resist integration of schools and civil rights activity. As a veteran, Evers was buried with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery. His murder and the resulting trials inspired civil rights protests, as well as numerous works of art, music and film."

Another warning from the Lord about upcoming events? I believe so!

I'm sure I also heard the Lord say "Kennedy Assassination", and "Zapruder Film" at least three or four years ago.

Keep Watch People!!!

****UPDATE 12/12/2016****

The Lord said to me this morning: "Before He Even Takes Office"

****UPDATE 1/2/2017****

This morning I heard: "15"

JESUS IS THE HEAD Of HIS CHURCH!

Ephesians 1:15-23

"Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all."

If only those who are truly converted to Christ would understand the powerful truths about our Lord and Savior, and our inheritance in Him. If only those who call themselves ministers and shepherds of the Lord's sheep would teach the souls that they oversee who Jesus really is and who the Head of the church is, the world would be swept away by the power of God!

In most religious institutions today we see men and women who have gone through years of schooling, training, and bible study courses, being set up as leaders and figures of authority who are called upon to teach, train, oversee others, and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

But where in scripture do we find an example of the system that these men and women use to become ministers of God and the Lord Jesus Christ?

What we find is Jesus Himself calling, training, and teaching His own disciples and making them into ministers of His Gospel!

Matthew 4:18-20

"And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him."

Jesus also told Peter that He would build HIS CHURCH and the gates of hell would not prevail against it!

Matthew 16:18

"And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it."

Jesus didn't build one building did He? But yet we see men today erecting 'church' buildings on every other corner in most cities of this country!

The Lord uses His ministers and adds souls to His church.

Acts 2:46-47

"So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved."

HE is the one who places apostles, prophets, teachers, and those with ministry gifts in HIS CHURCH!

1st Corinthians 12:27-28

"Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues."

So why do men and women in the religious institutions appoint one another? And then say that God raised them up, or they receive a bachelors degree of religious studies and send out resume's to become the senior pastor of a congregation, and you even have congregations being handed over to sons from their fathers! Totally unbiblical!

We must understand that Jesus is the Head of His church (ekklesia-an assembly of souls) which is His body, not a building! And He has ALL authority in Heaven and on earth, He is the one who calls, equips, appoints and anoints! Not man!

Matthew 28:18-20

"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever!
