The Oral Impartation

Matthew 28:18-20

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

When Jesus sent out His apostles to make disciples of all nations, they were prepared, equipped and anointed to impart all the teachings and commands that Jesus had given them.

"And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation.”  Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. and they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. "

The apostles didn't have any of the teachings of Jesus written down, they imparted everything that Jesus commanded and taught them orally to the new disciples that were converted to Christ. Jesus also told the apostles that the Holy Spirit would bring to their remembrance everything that He had taught them!

John 14:25-26

“These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

Why do we see so many carefully crafted sermons being preached today? Power point presentations and inspirational messages from many so-called ministers of the gospel.

The first century apostles preached the word of God and did all the ministry works of Christ by the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit! Nothing rehearsed, practiced or prepared days in advance, just the power of God in the moment, day by day, and soul by soul!

The Supremacy Of Christ (Sermon Jam) - John Piper

Colossians 1:15-18

"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence."

Is Sudden Destruction Coming?

70 Nations to Meet in Paris on Jan. 15th, They Will Discuss The Dividing of the Land of Israel!

Then on Jan. 17th the U.N. Security Council will meet in New York to openly debate the middle east and likely confirm their decision on the Israeli, Palestinian peace agreement!

Here's some of the decision making power that the U.N. Security Council has:

"All members of the United Nations agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Security Council. While other organs of the United Nations make recommendations to member states, only the Security Council has the power to make decisions that member states are then obligated to implement under the Charter." (http://www.un.org/en/sc/about/)

Here is an excerpt from the article I found on CharismaNews.Com:

10:30AM EST 1/11/2017 By Michael Snyder

"A draft of the summary statement that will be released at the conclusion of the 70-nation conference in Paris on Sunday has been leaked. As you will see below, this communique is going to call for the division of the land of Israel, for the establishment of a Palestinian state, for the 1967 borders to serve as the basis for final negotiations between the Israelis and the Palestinians and for the condemnation of any officials that refuse to support a two-state solution.

Of course this comes on the heels of U.N. Security Council Resolution 2334, which many believe represented America's greatest betrayal of Israel. Israeli government officials are publicly warning that there is a possibility the principles agreed upon at this conference may form the basis for another Security Council resolution before Jan. 20, and this is something we should all be watching for very closely.

Haaretz exclusively obtained a copy of a draft of the summary statement that will be released following the conference on Sunday, and you can read it for yourself right here. Reportedly, there was a major meeting of diplomats last Friday, and the latest draft reflects feedback that was received from those diplomats during that meeting:

Last Friday, there was a meeting of senior diplomats from the dozens of Western and Arab countries that will attend the conference. The French delegate, Pierre Vimont, presented them with the first draft of the conference's summary communiqué and asked for comments.

According to Western diplomats, Vimont said France wants to reach a consensus among the participating states on a balanced statement that would stress the centrality of the two-state solution to the international community, but would take this month's transfer of presidential power in the United States into account. In many ways, the document closely tracks the language of U.N. Security Council Resolution 2334.

Here are some of the things that really stood out to me in the draft.

- It makes a clear commitment to "two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security."

- It insists that there must be an end to "the occupation that began in 1967".

- It calls on Israeli and Palestinian leaders to publicly renew their commitment to a two-state solution.

- It also calls on Israeli and Palestinian leaders to publicly renounce any of their officials who do not support a two-state solution.

- It states that the 70 nations gathered in Paris only recognize the June 4, 1967 borders and that the only future changes to those borders they will recognize will come as the result of negotiations between the Israelis and the Palestinians. And just like U.N. Security Council Resolution 2334, Jerusalem is specifically mentioned.

So according to this document, Israel does not own the Wailing Wall, the Temple Mount, a single inch of the West Bank or a single inch of East Jerusalem.

- The summary statement will also call on all countries to clearly distinguish between the state of Israel and territories that would belong to the Palestinians based upon the 1967 borders in all of their dealings.

Needless to say, this is a horribly anti-Israel document, and the Israeli government is already strongly denouncing it.

At this point, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is most alarmed about the possibility that this summary statement could be used as the basis for another U.N. Security Council resolution just a few days later.

Netanyahu fears that the final communiqué of the Paris conference will be adopted next Monday by the EU foreign ministers' council and the foreign ministers of the Quartet, and might also be the basis for another resolution at the Security Council, which is scheduled to convene next Tuesday for its monthly debate on the Israeli-Palestinian issue.

"We find ourselves only a few days before the Paris conference and, only a few days later, a Security Council debate," Netanyahu said at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting on Sunday. "We are making a great effort to prevent another Security Council resolution." By organizing this conference and trying to lead the way in the effort to divide the land of Israel, France is in danger of greatly cursing itself.

Why are our leaders being so foolish? In the Scriptures, God specifically warns us that in the last days, He will judge the nations for dividing up His land. This is what Joel 3:1-2 says in the Modern English Version...

"In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. I will enter into judgment with them there regarding My people and My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up My land. Those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed."

And the 70 nations that are gathering in Paris, France on Sunday are literally in danger of cursing the entire planet.

Let us just pray there will not be another U.N. Security Council resolution following this conference, because that would be absolutely disastrous for Israel, for the United States and for the rest of the globe."

How Did Jesus Deal With SIN?

John 8:2

"Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?” This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

The adulterous woman is a great example of how Jesus dealt with sin during His earthly ministry, the woman was clearly in the wrong, caught in the very act of committing adultery! So how did God in the flesh handle this situation? The Scribes and Pharisees were ready to stone her to death without a problem or hesitation, but they asked Jesus "what do you say"?

Jesus stooped down to write on the ground with His finger, why did Jesus do that? My own opinion is that Jesus was praying to the Father in Heaven and did that to buy a little time while He waited on the word from the throne. They continued to ask Him, but Jesus was at peace and when He received the answer of God from above, He raised Himself up and spoke. "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first", wisdom from the Most High that could not be opposed or contradicted!

No man was left to condemn her and Jesus didn't condemn her either, He loved her and forgave her, BUT He commanded her to "go and sin no more"! Jesus was letting her know that adultery is wrong, it's sin, and she shouldn't do it anymore. I wonder if she listened to Jesus? No other word is written about the woman in scripture.

Another example is when Jesus healed the man who was sick and unable to walk for thirty eight years.

John 5:1-15

"After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”

The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.” He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’” Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well."

We see again the compassion and love of Jesus for those who are sick and hurting. Jesus knew the man had been ill for a very long time and asked him if he wanted to be made well. Not knowing who Jesus was, the man proceeded to tell Him that he had no one to put him in the pool. Jesus commanded him to rise up and walk! Immediately the man was made well! That's the power and love of God for the broken and oppressed!

Notice that Jesus did not even address the spiritual condition of the man at that time, but later when Jesus found the man in the temple He said to him, "See, you have been made well. SIN NO MORE, lest a worse thing come upon you!

So we learn here that sin can cause many physical ailments of the body as well as the soul! But Jesus can deal with it all! Glory to God for sending us The Chain Breaker, The Redeemer, The Forgiver of our sins and The Healer of all our diseases!

And Jesus Wept!

Luke 19:41

"Now as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it,"

Matthew 23:37-39

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’

Why did Jesus lament and weep over Jerusalem?

Jesus wanted so much to take the children of Israel under His wings and love them, nurture them, help them, and bring them into the New Covenant, but they were not willing!

Their hard hearts, traditions, and pride kept them from humbling themselves to receive the gift that God was offering them!

The same was true in Jerusalem six hundred years before Christ!

Jeremiah 6:16-19

"Thus says the Lord: “Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ But they said, ‘We will not listen.’ Therefore hear, you nations, And know, O congregation, what is among them. Hear, O earth! Behold, I will certainly bring calamity on this people—The fruit of their thoughts, Because they have not heeded My words Nor My law, but rejected it."

The same is true today! Paul prophesied about these last days we live in!

2nd Timothy 4:1-4

"I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables."

Jesus Is Victorius! Judah Smith Sermon Jam

Matthew 28:5-7

"But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”
