Spiritual Delivery

Peace and Grace Be Upon All the Saints of God;

I would like to share some of the experiences I recently had becoming a mother. I was meditating in pregnancy until delivery. It is indeed a pretty long journey, for some women it is very painful and for others less painful. Some women have their babies prematurely, some have them past due and some do not even have the time to meet their babies when the baby dies in the womb. But the bottom line here is that from conception until delivery there is a period of time necessary for the development of the baby and also for the preparation of the mother and father-to-be to receive the baby!

Think about conception in a spiritual level, as well as to conceive a child in the flesh has pains, for Christ to be conceived in us there are many pains we must pass through in order to be like Him:

Galatians 4:19- My children, I am suffering birth pains for you again until Christ is formed in you.

John 16:21 -A woman has pain when her time to give birth comes. But after the child is born, she doesn’t remember the pain anymore because she’s happy that a child has been brought into the world. ( Jesus was trying to tell His disciples that He would die and all of them would suffer a lot with His death , but after they would be glad because He would resurrect from the dead and be with them all the time through the Holy Spirit).

So, all I am trying to express here is that with NO suffering, there is no LIFE in Christ. Everybody wants to go about and say that when you want to follow Christ everything is going to be absolutely perfect in your life and you will have all your problems solved. NOT TRUE! Following Christ is followed by suffering as well as HE suffered if we want to be His disciples.

1 Peter 2:21 - God called you to endure suffering because Christ suffered for you. He left you an example so that you could follow in his footsteps.

Philippians 1:29-30 - For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, having the same conflict which you saw in me and now hear is in me.

1 Peter 4:13-14 -Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.

As you can see by the Scriptures there is pain in order to deliver a child and spiritually, there are birth pains too in order to have Christ formed in you. It is not an experience that will come only with joy and laughter, but it will also bring much pain inward and outward if you really want to live the life Christ expects from you as His witness in this earth.

I pray that this short message can edify you and build you up in the faith of Jesus Christ,

Love in Christ,

Dream 8-13-10 Adding To The Scriptures?

My wife and I were talking about one of the scriptures that are commonly used to validate the 'Original Sin' doctrine (Romans 5:12) and I said to her, "This scripture does not say that all are born in sin, nor does it say that all have inherited the sin of Adam and Eve." When we add  carnal reasoning to scripture we can make them say what we want them to, and then believe the doctrine that we create using scripture. Instead what we should do is leave the scriptures as they are, don't add anything to them, or take anything away from them, and ask God to open the eyes of our understanding so that we might receive the revelation of the scripture from the Holy Spirit, then the interpretation is God's and not ours.

In my dream I was in a classroom and the room was full of students. We were about to take a finals test and I had missed some days, so instead of taking the final with everybody else the teacher asked me to take some make up tests and when I took those I could move on to the final. The rest of the class started on the final and I began the make up tests, the first question was an equation that required the use of a ruler, after I finished this first question the teacher decided to check my work. He took the ruler and checked it against my answer and said, 'this answer is wrong because you didn't add yourself into the equation', my reply was, 'it doesn't say that in the question!', he then replied, 'well you're sapposed to even if it doesn't say that on the paper', then I said, 'ok but if I do that I'm gonna go somewhere else and they will mark it wrong and I'm gonna say that Scott (teachers name in dream) told me to do it.' After this exchange he just walked away and then I woke up.

My interpretation of this dream (which may not be correct!). God was telling me not to add anything of myself into the scriptures and pay attention when man adds something to His word. I also undertsood that I shouldn't do something or agree with someone who is in error just because he or she is the teacher or leader, but seek God's divine interpretation and do what He says.

Luke 24:44-45

"Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” ***And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures***"

Jesus had to open the minds of His disciples so that they could understand the scriptures, and if they had to have this divine opening of their understanding, then so must we!

Original Sin?

By: Tyrone Palmer

Brothers and Sisters, today I am in awe of God and how He reveals truth through His Holy Spirit who teaches us all things. If we are willing to humble ourselves and become like little children we will be able to receive His precious gifts.

This revelation came to me as I was posting on Johnthebaptisttv.com on a thread called "The doctrine of sinless perfection" I won't go into great detail here but a synopsis of my revelation was this: We are NOT born in sin, and we did not inherit the 'original sin' of Adam and Eve. I would encourage every professing Christian to study this out for themselves and seek the face of God about it, you will be amazed at what you find.

Love In Christ,

A True Israelite

By Cynthia R. Palmer,

Praise God for one more opportunity to share the word of God with all of you,

I would like to share a word that really amazes me in the Scriptures. Those who read and study the word of God know that the Scriptures talks about all sorts of false things and people, for example:
False Accusation, False Apostles, False Christs, False Brothers, False Vows, False Tongue, False Masters, False words, False Prophets, False Witnessing, False Vision and it goes on and on. But there is a passage that talks about a man, a Israelite named Nathanael that really makes me think about. Let us see it together:

John 1: 43-51

The following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee, and He found Philip and said to him, “Follow Me.”  Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets, wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

And Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.”
Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”  Nathanael said to Him, “How do You know me?” Jesus answered and said to him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” Nathanael answered and said to Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” Jesus answered and said to him, “Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.” And He said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter[j] you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.”

Isn't it wonderful to be known by Jesus Christ even before we ourselves knew Him? Isn't it wonderful to hear what Nathanael heard from Jesus Christ, the Savior , that there was no deceit in him, that there was nothing false in him and that he was a very true israelite? Think about it! That is an amazing statement Jesus made to that man who even did not know him yet. But also it is for all of us to think that there is nothing we can hide from Jesus Christ who is Onipotent and Onipresent! You can hide your lifestyle from everybody around you and surrounding you, but NOT from the Lord Almighty! Jesus knows where your feet step, where your eyes direct, what your thoughts think and what your tongue speaks!

If you have been hiding things in your life to people, it is time to stop deceiving yourself and being true to God who can save you from this sinful life. Confess your sins to God and turn away from them, give it all to Christ, He is the only one who can save you, who can baptize you with water and Spirit and transform you in a new creature in Christ and mature your faith and purify your soul as His bride. You do not need to be hiding from everybody because your lifestyle is a deceit.

And if you are living a life with nothing hidden ,today Jesus is saying to you: "Behold, a true follower of Me, in whom there is no deceit". And my advice is for you to keep living this life as a wise virgin full of the oil that will keep your lamp lit ,for you do not know the day or the time that the Son of Man will come!

I hope this message encouraged you not to hide anything else from the Lord or from people and live an open life in Christ and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit , being a witness to the Lord in this earth and also for those who are Nathanaels , please keep living a life of truth and openess with the Lord and with the brethen for the Lord is pleased with those who worship Him in spirit and in Truth.

May God bless you all,
In Christ,
Cynthia R. Palmer

Being Perfected Through Suffering

May the grace of God be upon you,

I would like to share some words that really touched my heart today while I was reading the word of the Almighty God. I hope these words may also lift you up and encourage you during times of sufferings in your flesh or in your spiritual man. All suffering has a profit to you IF your life is on the hands of God. Humble yourself under the mighty hands of the Lord and He will exalt you in due time, but accept what He has for you first for your own profit, growth, strength and perfection.

1 Peter 5:10 - But may the God of all grace, who called us  to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

See how wonderful this is: Suffering is NOT eternal with the Lord, the sufferings He makes us pass in this life they have a limit date, they have an end, but we must be tested and proved as well, but after a while, these sufferings will bring : perfection in our inner man, He will establish us, He will strengthen us, and He will settle us!!! This sanctification process is amazing! I know that sometimes is not joyful when you are corrected, when you are purged, when you are exhorted, but it produces much fruit afterwards. And we can be witness of His mighty work in us and glorify His Holy name.

You know that it is easy to be reading the Scriptures every single day, all day long like a book? Or even be listening to preachings in churches or internet all day as well? But, if the things that you read or listen about the gospel of the kingdom are not believed, they will profit you absolutely NOTHING! Pay attention to these scriptures below:

Hebrews 4:2 -For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.

You must believe that sufferings will profit your soul and your growth in the Lord, you must stand firm in the faith when they reach you, for the Lord corrects and purges those who He loves. Your faith is the element that touches the Heart of God. Faith always moved the heart of God and will always do!

Why would we be different from our Lord? Look at all the sufferings Jesus Christ had to pass through to learn obedience as well, and the scriptures says:

Hebrews 2:10 - For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

(Amazing Scriptures right here to be meditated upon every single day) Hebrews 5: 5-11 -So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him: “ You are My Son,Today I have begotten You.”  As He also says in another place:“ You are a priest forever
According to the order of Melchizedek”; who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and supplications, with vehement cries and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His godly fear, 8 though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,  called by God as High Priest “according to the order of Melchizedek,” of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.

I pray that these words may encourage you and lift you up in much faith that all sufferings are temporary and profitable and that your faith is the element that will move you forward in everything the Lord has for you!

May the Lord of peace and rest be with you always,
Cynthia R. Palmer

Trusting God In Our Today And Tomorrow

Proverbs 27:1 says: “ Don’t brag about tomorrow, since you don’t know what the day will bring.”

I would like to encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ and all those who are taking time to read this word from the living God to trust God with all your heart, soul and mind, for it is very easy to smile and praise God while everything is going smooth in your life, but when things start getting out of your control and hands, we tend to start doubting God and faint in the faith for things are not going to the direction that we would like them to go. But remember that God is in control of everything if you committed your life to Him and serve Him with all your heart and also remember:

Hebrews 11:1 which says: “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.”

If you are not seeing right now something that you expected or hoped for, it is time to use your faith in order to receive it IF your request or prayer is under the Father’s will. Because sometimes we can also ask things to God for our own pleasure and He does not answer for our own good.

Please do not faint when your faith is tested and your today and your tomorrow start being out of your control! That is the time to use your faith and stand firm in what you have believe!! Your plans most of the times are NOT God’s plans. God’s plans are much higher and better than ours for He is the only one who can search what is inside the hearts of all men and the only one who knows the past, present and future and He is the same yesterday, today and forever! Amem!!!

James 4:13-17says: “Look here, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we are going to a certain town and will stay there a year. We will do business there and make a profit.” How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone. What you ought to say is, “If the Lord wants us to, we will live and do this or that.” Otherwise you are boasting about your own plans, and all such boasting is evil. Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.”

Trust all your life and worries to the Lord! He knows everything you need before you need them! Whoever trust in their riches will fall (Proverbs 11:28) and those who trust in their own hearts are unwise (Proverbs 28:26), but those who trust in the Lord are safe (Proverbs 29:25). Glory be to God!

The verses below will show every single professing Christian that reads, listens and obeys the word of God what they should do in order NOT to be worrying about their everyday lives. And those who do not obey the word of God yet should meditate in these words and give their whole hearts, souls and minds to the Lord in order to be able to rest and have peace in their lives as well, not just in the physical part but mainly in the spiritual part.

Christians should not be running around during the night without being able to sleep or talking pills to sleep because they are worried about money and things, they should not be acquiring diseases like ulcers in the stomach and such because their nervous system is about to have a breakdown with so many worries! This is NOT the rest that the Lord has promised to those who trust Him! We must have faith and give it all to Him in order to rest and rejoice in the Lord, even in the midst of our struggles and difficulties. We must seek His kingdom and do righteousness and the rest shall be given to us! The Scriptures below will show clearly that these worries are for UNBELIEVERS not for those who profess and say that have faith or they believe the Lord can do things for them!

Mathew 6:25-34 says: “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?“And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? “So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God* above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

Do not be fooled by those who do not believe in Jesus Christ and His resurrection and keep saying that everything you believe is not right and you had your brain washed and all these good news are fairy tales! Do not be deceived by those who say that Jesus Christ is NOT the savior of the world or that He cannot do anything for you! Do not give ears to those who do not know Christ and His power for they can corrupt your righteous deeds and your character. Do not give the flesh a foothold to sin just because you cannot fit some corrupted sayings and actions of some people! Keep your head up and believe what you read and hear: “The Good News of Jesus Christ that brings salvation to the soul and gives rest and peace to those who believe them!”

1 Corinthians 15:32-34 says: “And what value was there in fighting wild beasts—those people of Ephesus*—if there will be no resurrection from the dead? And if there is no resurrection, “Let’s feast and drink, for tomorrow we die!”* Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.” Think carefully about what is right, and stop sinning. For to your shame I say that some of you don’t know God at all.

I hope you can trust all to the Lord today! Pray and fight the good fight of faith to be delivered from all the worries that are surrounding your heart , mind and soul and rely solely in Christ and His eternal power for He is the only one that can give you rest and peace and make you rejoice in this process of the testing of your faith and make you grow and mature to be complete and perfect in Him!

God bless you,
Much love in Christ,
Cynthia R. Palmer

Apostles & Prophets, The Foundation Of The Church

It is becoming more and more evident as the days of this age come to an end, that the church of Jesus Christ is out of order and the function of the gifts that Jesus gave to the church have been forgotten in the seemingly endless stream of pastors, mega-churches, and the traditions of men that fill the souls of the congregants with false teachings in man-made buildings.

In Matthew 16:18 Jesus tells Peter that He would build His church upon this rock and the gates of hell would not prevail against it.

“And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

The church is NOT a building, and this is evident from the multiple buildings that have been burned down or destroyed in natural disasters over the years. Jesus meant that He would put His Spirit inside of Peter and his vessel would become the temple of God, part of the body of Christ, which is the church.

We can understand from Luke 6:13 that Jesus had called His disciples to Himself after spending the whole night in prayer to God, and chose twelve of them out of the gathering to be His apostles.

“And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named apostles;”

The ordination and appointing that these twelve disciples received was to a position of leadership that differed from the other disciples who were with Jesus. These twelve chosen men would also receive a greater anointing, preparation, training, teaching, and fellowship with Jesus than the rest of His disciples.

Mark 3:13-15

“And He went up on the mountain and called to Him those He Himself wanted. And they came to Him. Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:”

Jesus did not appoint all the disciples that followed Him to the office of apostle and He only chose twelve to walk closely with Him so that He could prepare them to go out and preach, heal sicknesses and cast out demons.

Luke 8:1,9-10

“Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every city and village, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him,”

“Then His disciples asked Him, saying, “What does this parable mean?” And He said, “To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is given in parables, that ‘Seeing they may not see, And hearing they may not understand.”

These twelve disciples who were named apostles were with Jesus everywhere He went, and they were chosen to receive the mysteries of the kingdom of God. Everyone else Jesus spoke to, He spoke in parables and they could not see, or understand what He was saying.

Paul, who was also called to be an apostle said in 1st Cor. 4:1

Let a man so consider us (apostles), as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.”

Matthew 28:16-20

“Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

When we re-examine the scriptures that are commonly called ‘the great commission’ and we contrast them with the scriptures in Luke 6:13 and Mark 3:14-15 we can see that Jesus did not tell every disciple then or every professing Christian today, to go out, preach the gospel, heal sicknesses, cast out demons, make disciples, baptize them, and teach them everything Jesus commanded. That wouldn’t be possible because these eleven original apostles were physically taught by Jesus and were with Him for three and a half years during His earthly ministry. (Judas we know hung himself)

Acts 1:1-3

“The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.”

In these scriptures we read Jesus giving His chosen apostles commandments and talking to them about the kingdom of God, this is before they were sent out to preach and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

In Acts 1:21-26 we see the replacement of Judas with one of the disciples who had been with Jesus and the other apostles from the beginning of His ministry, this is more evidence of the many other disciples that followed Jesus.

Therefore, of these men who have accompanied us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, beginning from the baptism of John to that day when He was taken up from us, one of these must become a witness with us of His resurrection.” And they proposed two: Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias. And they prayed and said, “You, O Lord, who know the hearts of all, show which of these two You have chosen to take part in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.” And they cast their lots, and the lot fell on Matthias. And he was numbered with the eleven apostles.”

Paul told the Ephesians that they had become citizens with the saints and members of the household of God because they had been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets.

Ephesians 2:19-20

“Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,”

And in Ephesians 4:11-12 we are given the five gifts or offices that Jesus gave to the church for the edification of the saints, and the building up of the body of Christ.

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,”

1st Corinthians 12:28-30

“Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?”

In these scriptures we see that we are all the body of Christ and members individually, but God appointed leaders in the church, without leaders there would be no order, and we can see in 1st Cor. 14 how Paul the apostle had to set things in order so that the assembly of the saints could function the way God wants it to.

In conclusion there is an order in the church and each office has a role or function in the church. When this order becomes disorderly and the traditions of man nullify the commandments of God, we see the effects of a powerless gospel preached by those who are not called, ordained, appointed, and sent by Jesus to be a leader in His church. The Lord has spoken through His prophets and prophesied of a time of restoration in the last days, and I believe that time is very near, even at the door.

May God bless and keep you,
Tyrone
