Deus odeia PECADO!

Mateus 27:45-46

A resposta e simples, Deus odeia pecado!

God Hates SIN!

Matthew 27:45-46

"Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”

Why did God forsake His Son in the darkest moment of His earthly life? While He suffered an agonizing, shameful, and painful death on the cross?

The simple answer is, God hates sin! And the sins of the whole world were placed upon the body of Christ, who offered Himself as a sacrificial lamb to take away the sins of the world. Sin separates us from God and during the time of darkness while Jesus was on the cross suffering for our sins, God Almighty turned His face away from His Son.

1 Peter 2:21-25

"For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps: “Who committed no sin, Nor was deceit found in His mouth”;  who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.  For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls."

Jesus paid the ultimate price so that we could be reconciled back to God, He even experienced the pain of death as His soul went down to Hades, separated from the presence of God.

Acts 2:22-24

“Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know— Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.

Understand that it takes only one sin, one act of disobedience to displease a Holy and Righteous God, just look at  Adam and Eve.

Genesis 3:16-19

To the woman He said: “I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; In pain you shall bring forth children; Your desire shall be for your husband, And he shall rule over you.” Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’: “Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you, And you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return.”

So the next time you want to gratify the lusts of your flesh and sin against your body and God, remember how much Jesus suffered for your sins, remember the price He paid to give you life when you deserve death, and remember how much sin separates you from God.

Isaiah 59:1-2

"Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear."

Sinais dos Tempos

Mateus 16:1-3

Então disse eu: Eis-me aqui, envia-me a mim.

Signs Of The Times

Matthew 16:1-3

"Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven. He answered and said to them, “When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times."

Why couldn't the Pharisees discern what was going on right in front of their faces?

The word of God tells us in Isaiah 6:8-10

"Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” And He said, “Go, and tell this people: ‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; Keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’ “Make the heart of this people dull, And their ears heavy, And shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And return and be healed.”

The Pharisees, Sadducees, Lawyers, and many Jews during the time of Jesus ministry were under the judgments of God!

We see confirmation and fulfillment of this prophecy in Matthew 13:10-15

"And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.’"

We know from scripture that the Pharisees, Jews etc.... saw Jesus with their own eyes perform great miracles and they heard Him with their own ears speak words directly from the Father in Heaven but yet they did not believe in Jesus! This tells us how the spiritual judgments of God affect people and this earth physically!

The same type of prophecies are being fulfilled right now in these last days, as gross darkness covers the ungodly, and the wicked do not understand what is happening right before their eyes!

Isaiah 60:2

"For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people;"

Daniel 12:8-10

"Although I heard, I did not understand. Then I said, “My lord, what shall be the end of these things?” And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand."

Can you discern the signs of the times?

Ame Seus Inimigos

This message can also be found on our blog named: " Love Your Enemies" on Jan 24th,2014

Mateus 5:43-48
