They're Not Like US!

 

1st John 2:18-19

"Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us."

Truly there are millions who claim to be Christians and Disciples of Jesus, but are they really? If you claim to be a child of God, but have not been born from above, by being baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, (the initial evidence of Spirit baptism is speaking in other tongues), then you are NOT a child of God!!!

Just like Morpheus said to Neo in the Matrix, “This is another training program designed to teach you one thing: if you are not one of us, you are one of them”

But the day is coming when the Lord God Himself will shine His great Light in the darkness and expose all the false ministers, and religious leaders that are leading multitudes of people astray with man-made doctrines, traditions of men, and doctrines of devils, so that those who have been deceived by them can wake up and be delivered from the bondage of sin, deception and their oppressors!!

 
In the first century church there were false brethren who had joined themselves to the true believers but the apostles who had the spiritual gift of discerning of spirits knew it!

Galatians 2:1-5

"Then after fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and also took Titus with me.  And I went up by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain. Yet not even Titus who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised. And this occurred because of false brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage), to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you."

2nd Corinthians 11:12-15

"But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off the opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works."

We must be able to discern the true believers from the false ones in these last days!

Jude also talked about false brethren and how we need to be aware that they will be among us, but we need to keep pressing on in the truth of the gospel and praying in the Spirit to keep us connected to the Vine.

Jude 1:12-13, 16-19

"These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit."

So we see clearly who the apostles and men of God exposed and talked about false brethren and false apostles, so that we would not be deceived or led astray by them! 

True ministers of God have the utmost desire to care for and love the brethren, by telling them the whole counsel of God and protecting them from wolves in sheep's clothing, and from those who only desire to keep people in bondage and blind to the truth of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God!

This is why Jesus gave the great commandment to His disciples. Love one another!

John 13:31-35

"So, when he had gone out, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and glorify Him immediately. Little children, I shall be with you a little while longer. You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come,’ so now I say to you. A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Walking The Narrow Road

 

It's very difficult to walk away from the world, and leave behind family members, friends, old acquaintances, traditions, spouses, lifestyles, etc.... and be completely opposite of what you were in the past. 

But that's exactly what true disciples are called to do, and Jesus gave us the perfect example of how you can live in this world, still love people, still have fun, still laugh and enjoy life on this earth, but not be OF this world!

While Jesus was teaching a multitude of people in Capernaum, likely inside a house at this time, His  His mother and brothers came to speak with Him, but Jesus shocked the people by proclaiming that His mother and brothers, were those who do the will of the Father in Heaven!

Matthew 12:46-50

"While He was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.”

But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?”  And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”

These scriptures tell us that doing the will of The Father in Heaven is above even our immediate family! Not that we shouldn't love, honor, and respect our parents or family members, but that we shouldn't love them more than God or put their opinions and advices above doing the will of God!

Matthew 10:34-38

“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

Being a true disciple of Jesus is walking down a very narrow road!

Matthew 7:13-14

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it."

I can't explain to you how difficult it is to walk this narrow road that I'm on! Family and friends not understanding why I don't wanna frequent restaurant's, theme parks and beaches, why I don't go into church buildings every Sunday and Wednesday. 

I don't watch ungodly sitcoms, movies, Facebook and Youtube Reels for hours everyday like many do! I don't talk about, politics, entertainers, sports, or even religion. My mind is fixed and focused on things above, not below! I am Kingdom minded!

But I know my sacrifice will lead to many souls entering into God's Kingdom at the appointed time! Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed, but IF IT DIES, it produces MANY SEEDS!!!

Paul said it best!

2nd Corinthians 4:7-12

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So then death is working in us, but life in you."

Don't take the broad road with millions of people on it walking to their destruction, oblivious to the biblical prophecies being fulfilled daily, take the road less traveled! The Narrow Road! It may be very difficult, but it will lead your soul into God's Kingdom and eternal life with your Creator!

John The Baptist - Mighty Man Of God (Part 1)

 

Matthew 11:7-14

"As they departed, Jesus began to say to the multitudes concerning John: “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind? But what did you go out to see? A man clothed in soft garments? Indeed, those who wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses. But what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I say to you, and more than a prophet. For this is he of whom it is written:

‘Behold, I send My messenger before Your face,
Who will prepare Your way before You.’

“Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to receive it, he is Elijah who is to come. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

John the baptist was a mighty man of God! He was given the unique role of being a forerunner to the King of Glory, Jesus the Messiah, the Lamb of God.

John's ministry was not that long, him and Jesus had that in common, a very short ministry. But in that short time he was used by God to start the transition from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant.

He was the only man mentioned in the bible that had God's Holy Spirit from birth!

Luke 1:13-17

"So it was, that while he was serving as priest before God in the order of his division, according to the custom of the priesthood, his lot fell to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord. And the whole multitude of the people was praying outside at the hour of incense. Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

John had a very important call and mission on his life and God even sent His angel to proclaim the message. John was used mightily by God to speak to the religious leaders of the day and to prophesy about the coming Messiah.

Matthew 3:1-12

"In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying: “The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.’ ”

Now John himself was clothed in camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist; and his food was locusts and wild honey. Then Jerusalem, all Judea, and all the region around the Jordan went out to him and were baptized by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins.

But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, “Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not think to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones. And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

How were all the people coming from Jerusalem, all Judea, and all the region around the Jordan to be baptized by John in the Jordan River and confessing their sins as well? And how did the animals line up two by two to enter Noah's ark? A supernatural work of God that's how!

What a powerful word and prophecy! John had a gift of discerning of spirits from the Holy Spirit who was in him since birth! He knew who the Pharisees and Sadducees were from just looking at them! They may have looked good on the outside but he knew what was going on in their hearts and minds!

He prophesied that Jesus would come and usher in a New Covenant that would far surpass the Old and allow human beings to be forgiven of their sins through His atoning blood sacrifice, and Jesus Himself would baptize those who believe in Him with the Holy Spirit and Fire!

A truly spiritual prophecy that was spoken over two thousand years ago and millions of professing Christians don't understand it to this day!!

John was also used by God as His prophet to baptize and anoint Jesus in the Jordan River!

Mathew 3:13-17

"Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. And John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?” But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him.

When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

And many say today that you don't need to be baptized in water in order to be converted to Christ! What did Jesus Himself do? And what did He say about water and Spirit baptism? And what did He tell His apostle's to do? Ask yourself these questions and when you find the answer, obey the truth!

John the baptist was truly a mighty man of God who fulfilled the work that God gave him to do in his very short ministry. But it took years of preparation in the wilderness to be ready for this great work. It was the same for Jesus, and it's the same for us today! 

Blessed is the man or woman who waits on the Lord! Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and He WILL lift you up!!

Sons And Daughters Of Light

 

1st Thessalonians 5:4-8

"But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation."

The world we live in is corrupted and full of darkness! The only way out of the this darkness is to enter God's Kingdom by being baptized in water and filled with His Spirit, His Light and His Grace!

We need the Light of Jesus in our souls to overcome the evil and darkeness of the principalities and powers that rule over this world. 

Jesus said that those who believe in Him would NEVER walk in darkness, but would have the light of life!

John 8:12

"Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

People can become so used to living and sitting in darkness, that when the light comes the run away from it, reject it, and fight against it, because they are full of evil and darkness themselves!!

Matthew 4:16

6 "The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death, Light has dawned.”

John 1:4

"In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it."

No matter how hard the devil and those who serve him, fight against true blood bought, Spirit filled followers of Jesus, they CANNOT overcome the Light of Jesus and His power in us!!

The day will come when the man of sin will be given power over the saints to wear them out, but it will lead to our reception into Heaven and the eternal Paradise of God!

John 3:18-21

“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Those who practice evil hate those who walk in the light, love, truth and peace of Jesus. This is why they fight so hard to stay out of the light, because they don't want to be exposed and they don't want their evil deeds to be known!! They love darkness rather than light!!

You can understand what sin, evil and darkness does when it enters the soul of human beings through the interaction between God and Adam and Eve when they first sinned.

In Genesis chapter 3, after eating from the tree God told them not to eat from, “their eyes were opened.” They suddenly felt shame, fear, and guilt. Before sin, they had innocence and open fellowship with God. After sin entered, their relationship changed.

Genesis  3:8-10

"And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”

So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”

What did Adam and Eve feel after the fall?

Shame — they realized their nakedness and vulnerability.
Fear of judgment — they knew they had disobeyed God.
Guilt — sin made them want to avoid God instead of run toward Him.
Separation — sin created spiritual distance between humanity and God.

It’s one of the Bible’s earliest pictures of what sin does to people: instead of feeling safe in God’s presence, humans begin hiding emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

Let us learn from the inspired scriptures why we should not sin, why we shouldn't practice evil deeds, why we should stay out of the darkness, why we need to enter God's Kingdom, why we need the light of Jesus and His Spirit shinning in our hearts. Why? So that we can become sons and daughters of Light!

Let Them Grow Together! (Part 2)

 

Matthew 24:36-44

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect."

Jesus said two will be working in a field and grinding at the mill, one will be taken, and one will be left. This means that the righteous and the wicked will be working side by side together, even up until the day Jesus returns!

This is a supernatural ordination of God! I still find it amazing how a true Spirit filled believer and disciple of Jesus can co-exist with a wicked and ungodly sinner every single day! At work, at the beach, at the mall, at the grocery store, at sporting events, on a college campus, with the neighbor next door, and even in their own house!

But that is exactly what God has ordained and commanded! The same thing that happened in the 1st century is happening today!

Wasn't Jesus walking in and out of the Temple? Wasn't He living and eating with Judas Iscariot? Who Jesus Himself chose and called a devil, and the one who ultimately betrayed Him! YES HE WAS!

This is exactly why Jesus said, "He who endures until the end, will be saved."

It's so sad to see millions of professing Christians being deceived with false teachings, like the pre-trib rapture, once saved always saved, accepting or inviting Jesus into your heart, praying a sinners prayer, or repeating Romans 10:9. 

"Just repeat after me", the Televangelist says, and then goes on to say, "if you said this prayer you're now a Christian!" Go find yourself a bible believing church and then sit there in the pew, and be deceived even more until you die! Doctrines of devil's!!!

This is also why it's of the utmost importance to know, if indeed you are truly in God's Kingdom! Don't deceive yourself, or be deceived by pastor's, preachers and teachers who don't give you the full counsel of God and tell you the truth of the sciptures!

We are most certainly living in the prophetic end times, and I have been watching many biblical prophecies unfold right before my eyes. Many will say, it's just like a movie or something, a fantasy film, but this is reality and it's happening right now!

The day is coming when there will be a complete separation between the righteous and the wicked, true disciples of Jesus and those who choose the world, the man of sin and his mark. 

 The glorious light of Jesus will be seen in His people, and all the fruits of His Spirit will be birthed in their hearts, and because of this, the children of God will be hated by all nations for the name of Jesus.

Matthew 24:9

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake."

Which one are you, a wheat or a tare? Time will reveal!

Many False Prophets!

 

Matthew 24:11

"Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many."

What is a false prophet?

"Someone who claims to speak for God but is not actually sent by Him and speaks their own words or deception."

According to this biblical definition of a false prophet, there are hundreds of false prophets speaking around the world everyday!

What is the biblical definition of a true prophet?

"A person chosen and sent by God to speak His words to people"

God explains it clearly in Deuteronomy 18:18

“I will raise up for them a prophet… and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.”

That’s the foundation:

God chooses, God speaks, the prophet delivers.

This is why it so important to discern the spirits of who you are listening too! If what they say doesn't agree with, or confirm scripture, which is the written word of God, you should reject the message! 

And if they prophesy out of their mouths while proclaiming, "This is what the Sovereign Lord says", and it does not happen, then the Lord God DID NOT say it! You should reject and renounce the false prophesy and confront the one who spoke it!

But, not everyone who is wrong once is automatically a “false prophet.”

The Bible shows a pattern:

A false prophet is someone who is consistently deceptive and not sent by God, not just someone who made a mistake and repented.

Today you can clearly see how the scripture that tells us in the last days people would heap to themselves teachers to say whatever their itching ears want to hear, is being fulfilled! We see it happening every Sunday around the world!

Where is the unity of the faith? Where is the true word about God's Kingdom and how to enter being preached? Where is the love? Where is God's Power and Spirit being manifested among the people?

Be careful what you watch and hear! You can be taking into your heart the deceptive words of a false prophet that will lead your soul into oppression and ultimately, Hell!

Unity In The Body Of Christ!

 

There are many organizations and religions that display unity, community, togetherness and deep friendships, even love for another! 

But when we look at all the denominations, ministries, non-denominational churches, house churches, and individuals all professing Christ and calling themselves Christian, but have no unity of the faith they claim to be a part of!

What's wrong with that picture? Why are those, even in the same household, that say they are Christian, in disagreement with each other? Believing different things, but yet reading the same bible!

In my understanding of this separation of people even in the same denomination and living in the same house, starts with leadership! If your leader, pastor, or overseer, is teaching and preaching doctrinal error without spiritual understanding or anointing from God, how can that person impart the truth of God's word to the congregation?

The 1st century Christians didn't have that problem! Why not you ask?

Acts 2:40-44

"And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this perverse generation.” Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need."

The answer key is in the above scriptures! The people were listening to men who had been taught by Jesus Himself and they in turn taught the people all they had learned from Jesus!

But Jesus is not on this earth today to teach and train up true apostles and prophets to deliver the truth to us you say!

But I put you in remembrance of what Jesus said before He ascended into Heaven.

John 14:15-18, 19-21

“If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you."

The Spirit of the Living God living within the soul of men and women today IS Christ IN US, the hope of glory!

"A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest (reveal) Myself to him.”

So you see how we can have Jesus with us and IN us helping us every single day to live on this earth and be unified with other true Spirit-filled believers? 

You can also see from these scriptures that many profess Christ but are not His because they don't have the Spirit of God within them! Even though many THINK they do!

Romans 8:9

"But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His."

You say there are no true apostles or prophets anymore because they had to see Jesus and walk with Him!

Paul didn't walk physically with Jesus, but yet He did see Him and learned from Jesus through the Holy Spirit! No man or woman taught him the gospel he preached because he received it by revelation from Jesus through the Spirit of God in him!

Galatians 1:10-12, 15-17

"Am I now seeking the approval of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ. For I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached was not devised by man. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ."

"But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by His grace, was pleased to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not rush to consult with flesh and blood, nor did I go up to Jerusalem to the apostles who came before me, but I went into Arabia and later returned to Damascus."

Jesus even appeared to Paul in a vision and spoke to Him in the spirit!

Acts 18:9-11

"One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking; do not be silent. For I am with you and no one will lay a hand on you, because I have many people in this city.” So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching the word of God among the Corinthians."

So you see how Jesus is able to call, teach, and speak to those who He appoints as His apostle even though He is not physically present on this earth with us. He IS present with us in Heaven through the Holy Spirit here on earth!! Oh Glory!!!

We cannot have unity in the body of Christ without first being baptized into the body of Christ by God's Spirit! 

We also cannot have unity of the faith without first being taught the truth correctly by God's anointed and appointed apostles and prophets who are sent forth by the Lord to preach His gospel and help those who believe to enter His Kingdom!

Pray for God to pour out His Spirit once more! Pray for the unity of the faith that we need in these last days! If the 1st century Christians had unity, we can have it too!

Why Judgement MUST Come!

 

1st Corinthians 11:31-32

"For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world."

People need to understand why God brings judgment on people and nations! God's judgments are necessary to bring people to repentance and cause them to realise their ungodliness and sinful lifestyles.

History, biblical and human, shows a pattern: comfort numbs conscience. When things are easy, people reinterpret God instead of repenting before Him. Warnings get ignored. Mercy gets presumed. Truth gets suppressed. Judgment is often the only thing loud enough to break the spell.

But here’s the truth worth holding without flinching: God prefers repentance through mercy, yet He ordains and decrees, judgment when mercy is despised. Judgment isn’t cruelty—it’s intervention. A severe kindness. A last alarm before total collapse.

2nd Corithians 7:10

"For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death."

People rarely ask “What is right?” until they’re forced to ask “What went wrong?”

Many will not repent until something shakes their foundations. And when that shaking comes, it exposes what was wrong all along.

Receiving God's mercy without reverence and thankfulness, leads to entitlement, not transformation.

I am not wishing that God brings His judgment on this world, and I don't have to, because it's already here, and it's been here for centuries, but now we are in the final hour and the judgments to come will definitely bring a shaking, a wake up call, and choices that will determine where souls will spend their eternity!

Judgment comes not because God is cruel, but because truth ignored must eventually be enforced!

Nahum 1:2-3

"God is jealous, and the Lord avenges; The Lord avenges and is furious. The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies; The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, And will not at all acquit the wicked."

God Himself will send a strong delusion on the people who don't love the truth!

2nd Thessalonians 2:9-12

"The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

I personaly thank God for His judgements, because if He didn't send judgements nobody would repent! We would all just keep living thinking everything was all good! God is a Holy, Righteous, Loving, And Just God, but He requires, repentance, sacrifice, obedience, self-denial, faith, and belief!!

In Order To live, You Must Die! (Updated)

 

Mark 8:34-37

"When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?"

This is the way of God. Death to self. If you try to hold on to any part of your life in this world you can ultimately lose your soul in the end. 

And isn't it the American dream to have the big house, the attractive spouse, a fancy car, respect and admiration from your peers?

But the words of Jesus that lead to eternal life are the exact opposite of everything the world holds dear. 

John 12:24-25

"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life."

In order to truly live, you must die! And I mean complete death of all that you are in this world, and what does Jesus promise if you give up your life for Him and the gospel? Eternal Life!!!

The blessed assurance and hope of living forever with God in complete love, peace, and joy for all eternity!! What could be better than that? 

So the question is, have you died yet? Or are you still holding on to that bank account? To the American dream? 

And if you are a Christian, is there something still in you that you haven't completely surrendered to God?

You must be willing to sacrifice your life in this world for Jesus first, and even for your own salvation! 

A sacrifice is required from every soul just to be used by God to help yourself, your family and other people in this world! 

Peter said he was ready to die for Jesus, but we know how that turned out! 

It's not easy to lay down your life for Jesus and others, especially when you are hated and persecuted for being a disciple of Jesus. But that's what God requires in order for us to enter His Kingdom and to have our souls saved! 

Paul understood the ways of God and applied the teachings of Jesus to his life, will you do the same?

Galatians 6:14

"But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."

Husbands And Wives

 

Ephesians 5:22-33

"Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. “For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Alot to break down in these eleven passages of scripture! Is it possible for a man and woman today to have a marriage like this? If the Spirit of God is within you it is! But if you try to do these commandments by your flesh, you will fail in one or all of the above!

Is there any woman who desires to submit herself to her husband as to the Lord? Who recognizes him as her head and then defers to him for final decisions? A woman who always respects and supports her husband?

Is there any man who truly loves his wife, just as Christ also loved the church? Does he give his time and make efforts to be with her? Does he listen to her and respect her opinion, and advice? Does he ask her for help in daily decisions and very important ones?

So let us break this down even further!

What “submit herself” means in biblical terms

Biblically, it does NOT mean: Being inferior or lesser in value, being controlled, silenced, or dominated, blind obedience or loss of personal will. Enduring abuse, sin, or injustice.

The actual biblical meaning

“Submit herself” means a voluntary, willing alignment under loving leadership.

Key points: Voluntary, not forced, the Greek word used (hypotassō) means to willingly place oneself in order. It is never about coercion. A wife chooses this posture; it is not demanded or enforced.

Rooted in mutual submission: Ephesians 5:21 sets the foundation: “Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.” The wife’s submission exists within a marriage of mutual humility and respect, not hierarchy for control.

Modeled after Christ’s relationship to the Church: Just as the Church follows Christ because He is loving, sacrificial, and faithful, a wife responds to her husband’s Christlike leadership — not tyranny.

Paired with a heavier command to the husband: The husband is commanded to: “Love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.” Christ died for the Church. That means biblical leadership is self-sacrificial, not self-serving.

Respect, not silence: Submission does not remove a wife’s voice, wisdom, or free-will. Proverbs 31 describes a woman who: Speaks with wisdom, manages business and finances, influences her household and community, yet she does so while honoring her husband.

Never submission to sin: Biblical submission never requires agreeing with sin or enduring harm. 

Scripture is clear: “We ought to obey God rather than men.” (Acts 5:29) 

To “submit herself” biblically means:

A wife freely chooses to support and respect her husband’s God-given role, trusting his Christlike love, leadership and sacrifice, while remaining fully valued, heard, protected, and honored.

In this world where the roles of men and women and have been flipped and redefined, with biblical marriage being undermined by Supreme Court rulings. 

Let the people in God's Kingdom strive to live out the biblical commandments of Jesus and His 1st century apostles!

Keep Moving Forward!

 

Galatians 6:9

"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith."

The road to salvation is long and narrow! The road to blessings and the promises of God is just as narrow and thorny and difficult!! BUT, we will receive all that God has for us IF WE DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

Along this narrow road is temptations, tests, trials, hardship, heartbreak, obstacles, setbacks, God's correction, and daily choices. How we respond to each of those things will determine how long it takes for us to reach the promise land!!!

For those of us who have received some promises of God, like Abraham, Joseph, Moses, and David, who all had to go through many trials and tests before they received their promises, it can seem like the promises will never come, because it can take decades of waiting on God to fulfill His Promises!!

But the word tells us, God is not slow in fulfilling His promises! Oh Lord have mercy on us, and give us strength to keep waiting!!

Habakkuk 2:3

“For the revelation awaits an appointed time… Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”

Numbers 23:19

"God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

2nd Corinthians 1:19-20

"For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me, Silvanus, and Timothy—was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us"

Joshua 21:44-45

"The Lord gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass."

So keep moving forward people of God! The Light is at the end of that narrow road, and The Lord Himself will give us Rest, Restoration, Revival, and the  Fulfillment of His promises at the appointed time!!

What God Allows!

 

Surely God knew beforehand that Lucifer the archangel would rebel and sin against Him, take one third of the angels with him and then in turn deceive His creation and cause them millenia of suffering because of their fallen state?

He could have stopped it all couldn't He? But He allowed it!!

Genesis 3:8-13

"And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?” So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.” And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?” Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.” And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

God allows many things to happen in this world that He certainly could stop, but then I have to remember the scripture that says, "My ways are not your ways, and my thoughts are not your thoughts"

Isaiah 55:8

The phrase "my ways are not your ways" is found in Isaiah 55:8, which states, "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares the LORD. This verse emphasizes the difference between divine and human understanding, highlighting that God's ways and thoughts are beyond human comprehension. (Bible Hub)

God allowed Abraham to lay with Hagar the maid of his wife!

Genesis 16:1-4

"Now Sarai, Abram’s wife, had borne him no children. And she had an Egyptian maidservant whose name was Hagar. So Sarai said to Abram, “See now, the Lord has restrained me from bearing children. Please, go in to my maid; perhaps I shall obtain children by her.” And Abram heeded the voice of Sarai Then Sarai, Abram’s wife, took Hagar her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan. So he went in to Hagar, and she conceived. And when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress became despised in her eyes."

God could have spoke to Abraham directly as He had done many times and told him don't listen to your wife, your promise child is coming! But God allowed it!

God allowed Joseph to be sold into slavery and be sent to a prison for a crime he did not commit, and stayed there for years before he was finally released to become the right hand man of Pharaoh.

Genesis 37:23-28

"So it came to pass, when Joseph had come to his brothers, that they stripped Joseph of his tunic, the tunic of many colors that was on him. Then they took him and cast him into a pit. And the pit was empty; there was no water in it.

And they sat down to eat a meal. Then they lifted their eyes and looked, and there was a company of Ishmaelites, coming from Gilead with their camels, bearing spices, balm, and myrrh, on their way to carry them down to Egypt. So Judah said to his brothers, “What profit is there if we kill our brother and conceal his blood? Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother and our flesh.” And his brothers listened. Then Midianite traders passed by; so the brothers pulled Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. And they took Joseph to Egypt."

God allowed David to sin against Him with Bathsheba! 

2nd Samuel 12:7-12

"Then Nathan said to David, “You are the man! Thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I gave you your master’s house and your master’s wives into your keeping, and gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if that had been too little, I also would have given you much more! Why have you despised the commandment of the Lord, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon. Now therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me, and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife.’ Thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will raise up adversity against you from your own house; and I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun. For you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, before the sun.’ ”

At any time before David's sin, He could have spoken directly to Him and told him to wake up, don't do this evil you are thinking in your heart! He could have sent Nathan the prophet to stop him from sending Uriah to the battle to be killed, but He didn't, God allowed it!!!

God gives us a comand from His mouth and we have a choice to obey or not, we have the scriptures in the bible that were supernaturally preserved by God Himself so we can have His written word to read, study, and apply to our daily lives. But we have the choice to be wise and put His word into practice, or be foolish and hear the message, but not do anything about it!

Yes, His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts! But when a promise is made or a commandment is given by God, we have a choice to listen, obey, and wait on Him no matter what we go through inbetween the promise and the fulfillment.

Our choices will determine our blessings or curses!

The Choice Is Yours! (Part 2)

 

God created angels and human beings with free will!! And if the angels of Heaven can sin and rebel against God, how much more can we!! Because we are made a little lower then them!!

Everyday we are alive on this earth you have a choice to do what's right or do what's wrong, to obey the commandments and teachings of Jesus or not. If we do what is right we will be blessed, but if we do what is wrong and sinful, the consequences of that wrong and sin can take our lives on this earth and cause us to enter Hell, where our souls will be in conscious torment until the Great White Throne Judgement of Jesus!

This is why Jesus Himself said, if your right hand causes you to sin, cut if off! It's better to enter Heaven with one hand, then enter Hell with two!

Mark 9:43-48

"If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched—where ‘Their worm does not die, And the fire is not quenched.’

And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched—where ‘Their worm does not die, And the fire is not quenched.’

And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire—where ‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’

Jesus is giving us a choice!!! If you sin, deal with it before you die in your sins, repent, confess, be forgiven, be baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, so you will have the power to STOP Sinning! 

If you continue in sin and die like that, you WILL enter Hell, which is a spiritual prison for immortal souls that are wicked and disobedient. God will not send you there, you will send yourself there IF you continue to live in a lifestyle of sin and rebellion. The choice is yours!!

Jesus will judge every soul that has ever lived or will live when He sit's on the throne to do it. And He will open books and people's lives and what they did will be exposed, and they will be judged for everything that was done while in their fleshly body on this earth, good or evil!

Revelation 20:11-15

"And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

So you see that you can gain the whole world now, but lose your soul when you die and enter Hell, then after that you can be thrown into the Lake of Fire after you are judged on Judgement Day!!!

“Right Here, But You Don’t See It” 

 

They looking for heaven in the clouds,

But it’s standing in the crowd.

They praying for a move of God,

While He’s walking in their town.

 

They scroll past prophets, swipe left on grace,

Too busy chasing clout to see His face.

They say, “If God is real, then let Him show!”

But He did… and they still said no.

 

The Kingdom ain’t castles, it’s hearts that change.

It’s peace in pain, love in the flames.

It’s that whisper sayin’ “forgive ‘em anyway,”

While the world’s screaming “get revenge today!”

 

They want the light, but not the lamp,

They want the crown, but skip the camp.

They want the blessings, not the test —

And wonder why they feel unrest.

 

God moves in moments, not just in church,

In strangers, truth, in daily work.

But we scroll right past, eyes on the screen,

Missing the holy in the in-between.

 

You can resist what you can’t control,

You can mock the message and harden your soul,

But every “nah” to heaven’s call

Is another brick in your own wall.

 

So listen —

The Kingdom’s not coming, it’s here.

Closer than your breath, louder than your fear.

Right in your midst, in the love you ignore,

In that open hand, that knock at your door.

 

One day you’ll sigh, “I wish I could see,”

But the King and His anointed

was standing in your reality.

No thunder, no crown, no summertime song —

Just mercy and truth here all along.

Pride And Prejudice!

 

Romans 12:3-4

"For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith."

Pride means: Arrogance or excessive self-importance

• This is the kind of pride often warned against in spiritual or moral teachings.

• Example: His pride kept him from admitting he was wrong.

• In the Bible, pride is often called the root of all sin because it puts self above God.

👉 Key idea: Pride says, “I don’t need God. I can do this my way.”

Pride is:  The sin of placing self above God — trusting in your own strength, wisdom, or goodness rather than in Him.

Pride is what caused Lucifer to fall from Heaven.

Isaiah 14:12-15

“How you are fallen from heaven,O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation, On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit."

Luke 10:18-20

"And He said to them, “I saw satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”

The sin of pride will keep you from the saving grace of Jesus!! 

Romans 12:16

"Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion."

Pride will also be on full display when the man of sin, (an agent of satan) will stand in the holy place, (third temple of Jerusalem?) and say that he is God!

2nd Thessalonians 2:3-4

"Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God."

I myself was delivered from an evil spirit of pride after I was baptized with the Holy Spirit way back in 2007!!

Prejudice means:  Having an unfair or unreasonable opinion about someone before you really know them.

It often comes from stereotypes, fear, or ignorance, not truth or personal experience. The word itself comes from “pre” (before) + “judge” — meaning to judge before knowing.

There are many kinds of prejudice, here's the most common ones:

Human prejudice – Judging someone based on their skin color or ethnicity.

Example: Assuming someone is dangerous or lazy just because of their skin tone.

Religious prejudice – Disliking or mistreating someone because of their faith.

Example: Refusing to work with someone because they’re Muslim or Christian.

Gender prejudice – Believing one gender is better or smarter than another.

Example: Thinking women can’t be good leaders, or men can’t be caring parents.

Social or economic prejudice – Looking down on people who are poor, or treating rich people as more valuable.

Example: Ignoring someone just because they wear cheap clothes.

Age prejudice – Discriminating against someone for being too young or too old.

Example: Not hiring someone just because they’re over 50 or under 25.

As people of God we should strive to be set free from ALL forms of pride and prejudice!!!

Cry out to God and ask Him to expose any of these sins that plague the human soul, especially in countries with a history of human oppression, segregation, and dictatorship!

By the power, grace and Spirit of God we can be free from these sins that keep us from a saving relationship with Jesus Christ!

The Time Of Sorrows!

 

Matthew 24:3-13

"Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved."

Let me tell you unequivocally and adamantly, WE ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MATTHEW 24!!!!  IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW!!! 

That is exactly what the Lord told me over 15 years ago and it blew my mind!! 

Jesus also said before he comes it would be like the days of Noah AND the day's of Lot!!! And what were those days like you ask?

Genesis 6:5-13

"Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. And Noah begot three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.

And God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

When I was first filled with the Spirit of the Living God 18 years ago, the Lord said to me: The End Of ALL Things Is Near."
What does all mean? All means all, and that's all, all means!!!!
And the days of Lot?

Genesis 18:20-21, 19:4-5, 9-13

"And the Lord said, “Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grave, I will go down now and see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry against it that has come to Me; and if not, I will know.”

"Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house. And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.”

The men in Sodom, young and old, were so wicked and perverse, they wanted to sodomize the angels of God!!

"And they said, “Stand back!” Then they said, “This one came in to stay here, and he keeps acting as a judge; now we will deal worse with you than with them.” So they pressed hard against the man Lot, and came near to break down the door. But the men reached out their hands and pulled Lot into the house with them, and shut the door. And they struck the men who were at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they became weary trying to find the door.

Then the men said to Lot, “Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city—take them out of this place! For we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown great before the face of the Lord, and the Lord has sent us to destroy it.”

The day's of Noah and the day's of Lot are happening right now aren't they? Indeed they are!!

Luke 17:26-30

"And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed."

The judgments of Revelation are also happening right now!!

Revelation 6:3-4

"When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.” Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword."

Five seals have already been opened and the four horses are already riding in the spirit realm!! Notice the scripture says peace is taken from the earth so that people should kill one another!! These are the judgments of God on sinful, disobedient humans who will not repent and turn their hearts towards God!

The recent high profile murder of Charlie Kirk, the mass shootings in schools AND church buildings should be a great warning to all humanity! The bible has already foretold what is happening now, and what will soon be coming!

The question is, will you take the warning seriously? Or will you continue your daily routine as if the violence, and the murders, and the wars, have always been happening, and this is just how it is in this world? 

Or will you cry out to God for salvation? Cry out for truth, for protection, for His Spirit?

The World Is Designed To Steal Your Soul!

 Every Human being that comes out of the womb of a woman is born corrupted! Not a perfect human as Adam and Eve were before they sinned. After the fall, every human being born is disconnected from God our Creator. Born in a fallen state, with a carnal nature that is earthly, fleshly, worldly, and given easily to sin. 

Clearly evidenced by the sin of Cain killing his own brother! Even after God Himself told him, sin lies at the door and desires to have you.

Genesis 4:6-7

"So the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”

It goes against the carnal nature of humans to obey God and His commandments, we don't naturally want to follow Jesus and apply His teachings to our lives. We want to do what our carnal nature desires, what the world desires, what our flesh desires, not what God desires!

This is why it's so hard to escape the corruption of the world, because the entire world is designed for the carnal nature of man! Designed to please the flesh and the ungodly desires of the hearts and minds of those who do not submit to God!

This is also why God commands us saying, "Come OUT from among them my people!"   

The smart phones, the T.V. shows, the video games, the sporting events, crusises, theme parks, adult entertainment, movies, politics, ungodly music, on and on! All designed to keep your soul disconnected from the only One who can save your soul!!! JESUS

Romans 8:5-11

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

This is exactly why we need the baptism of the Holy Spirit! This is exactly why we MUST be reconnected to God and enter His Kingdom if we want our souls to receive eternal life!! We must be regenerated, washed, cleansed, forgiven of our sins, renewed, and redeemed by the blood of Jesus! 

2nd Timothy 4:9-10

"Be diligent to come to me quickly; for Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and has departed for Thessalonica—Crescens for Galatia, Titus for Dalmatia."

Paul understood this profound truth! And he left the world behind for Jesus, and knew that others must come out of it too! Demas chose to leave Paul, and Jesus, because he loved the world more than them!

1st John 2:15-17

"Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever."

How easy it is to love the world, and to deceive yourself by thinking I'm a good person, I haven't killed anyone, I don't rob people, or commit violent acts. I pay my taxes, I take care of my kids, I'm faithful to my spouse etc..... 

But you can do all of that until the day you die and then your soul will enter Hell! Why you ask? Because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Because you were born with a fallen, carnal nature, and you still need Jesus, you still need to be reconnected to God by His Spirit, you still need to obey God and enter His Kingdom, and you still need the salvation of your soul!!!

It only took ONE sin for Adam and Eve to be considered sinners, disobedient, and because of that one sin they were cast out of the garden of Eden, a paradise that God Himself made for His creation!!!

John 12:25

The phrase "whoever loves this world hates his own soul" is derived from John 12:25, which states that "whoever loves his life will lose it, but whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life." This verse emphasizes the paradoxical nature of the Christian life, where prioritizing earthly desires leads to spiritual loss, while rejecting those desires allows for eternal life. It challenges individuals to rethink their priorities, focusing on spiritual growth and obedience to God rather than the transient pleasures of this world.   (Bible Hub)

You can follow the ways of this world and die in your sins, or you can come out of the world, be separated, and be empowered by God's Holy Spirit to be able to live in this world, but not be OF this world!! There is really no other choice for those who desire eternal life with their Creator. 

If you truly desire to become what God designed human beings to be, which is perfect! Without spot, wrinkle, or blemish! You must humble yourself and submit to the commands of Jesus, follow His teachings and apply them to your life.

Not Just Hearers! BUT DOERS!

I taught bible studies for the men at a local detention center some years back, and the majority of the times that I taught I included the statement: "The scriptures are just words contained in the bible, if you don't believe them and you don't put into practice what you read, the scriptures will be just words on a page, you must apply them to your life in order for you to receive the blessings the scriptures contain!

James 1:21-25

"Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does."

Human beings are creatures of habit, so if it's your habit to go inside a building on Wednesday and Sunday, sing a few songs, clap your hands, stomp your feet and jump around, then sit down and listen to a man or in many cases a woman, preach to you, then you go home afterwards and do your chores, run some errands, watch a sitcom or a sports game, you are fulfilling the words of the above scriptures!

This is exactly why judgments come! Because all people, especially religious people, will keep doing the same things over and over and over, until they die, unless there is some kind of shaking, something that will force them to make a decision that will change their lifestyle, or the way they think!

Covid did that for about a year and a half, and you know what happened after? People just got worse and they went right back to doing what they were used to before Covid! 

So God Himself has to intervene in order for change to occur, and when He does, will anyone like the change that's going to come? I know I will! But millions won't!!

Matthew 7:24-27

"Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.

“But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Jesus said those who hear these sayings of mine and put them into practice are wise! So we have a lot of foolish people who call themselves Christians in this world don't we!

Being a disciple of Jesus is an everyday lifestyle of devotion, prayer, bible study, relationship, learning, growing, thinking different, talking different, applying the teachings of Jesus to your life, meditation on the scriptures, obedience to God's commands, written and spoken!

Have you deceived yourself? Do you believe you're putting  the teachings of Jesus into practice, but your life is completely opposite? 

Do you just acknowledge the scripture, and say, 'yeah I'm trying, I'm not perfect, nobody is, we're all a work in progress'! If this is you, then you have deceived your own self!

Will you be just a hearer or a doer?

The choice is Yours!
